We're thrilled to be once again working exclusively with our client who are a well-established FMCG business who deal in **beauty products**. They are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to join their fast-paced business where you will develop customer experience and engagement strategy and lead on all engagement activity across all digital media.

This role reports into the Head of Trading and will manage a team of 4 and is a great opportunity for someone who loves managing and optimising all e-channels to maximise customer acquisition and sales conversion. **Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure all digital activity is consistent and within strict brand guidelines
- Manage and report on KPI's and ROI
- Maximise online sales performance through effective management, development and performance of the team ensuring the strategy is at the heart of all decisions
- Liaise within a matrix business, cross-functionally with other senior stakeholders to ensure all are engaged with e-commerce activity
- Manage the relationship with digital agency to ensure delivery on budget and with strong ROI
- Manage digital budget and report on performance
- Team management of four direct reports

This is a B2B business where the end user is the consumer but ultimately, all marketing activity is focused B2B. A background within FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durables, Pharma would be extremely advantageous and it is essential that you have a genuine interestin health and beauty.

Our client offers a **hybrid**working pattern, requiring 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH. With offices based in North Coventry, this particular location is commutable from Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby,Stratford upon Avon, Coventry and Sutton Coldfield.
