The essence of the role

Responsible for the delivery of managed services throughout all communal areas of residential property and in some cases mixed use buildings and estates. Build and maintain all customer relations to a high standard while working within the company’s policyand adhering to all health and safety measures

Scope of the role

Property & Maintenance inspection and report
Collection of Ground Rent
Service Charge Budget Preparation
Collection of Service Charges
Debt Collection
Manage large budgets and client accounts
Attend all EGMs, AGM,s director and resident meetings
Handle complaints in a professional and timely manner
Work closely with contractors to arrange maintenance for multiple areas
Ensure all properties in the portfolio are fully insured to their full value
Undertake all duties usually associated with leasehold property management in accordance with agreed company procedures

Prerequisites

Hold a IRPM certificate
Able to multitask and prioritise on a high level
Confident in working with large budgets and have an analytical outlook
Experience in dealing with multiple outside agencies/organisations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good punctuality and time management
A good team player, able to motivate others
Willing to take part in additional training offered
