_Warehouse Operative & Pressor_
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Warehouse Team here in Bramley, Leeds. Your role will be to support and share the workload as Warehouse Operative in the dispatch of goods for our MTM, RTW and Etch Customers whilst providing a significant support in pressing high quality suit garments pre-dispatch.

**Your duties will include**:

- Assist the Warehouse Department Manager, in daily operations
- Provide hands-on support for the department quality checking and pressing suit garments pre-dispatch
- All round pressing of jackets, waistcoats and trousers including lining smoothing (pressing experience advantageous but not essential as training will be given)
- Assist in monitoring productivity, daily workflow, accuracy and error rates.
- Recommend process improvements and assist with their implementation
- Maintaining customer focus throughout the day
- Goods inwards, check cloth arrivals
- Dispatching, re-labeling, and arranging stock fabrics to be sent
- Unpacking deliveries
- Handling and resolving customer queries/complaints within the specified time frame
- Communicating with internal departments to ensure garments are finished and despatched efficiently
- Monitoring factory reports to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensuring alterations are processed and returned to the customer within the specified time frame
- Monthly Warehouse stock take

**Essential criteria**:

- Ability to work in a physical and fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills, ability to establish rapport and maintain effective relationships with suppliers/customers, quickly gaining their trust and respect
- Ability to manage and work within a team or multiple mixed teams concurrently
- Multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft packages
- Integrity and calmness under pressure
- Keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Good commercial acumen and all-round business awareness

DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

**Desirable Qualifications/Experience/Key Skills**:

- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to bring new ideas to implement more efficient processes
- Desirable qualifications - Business and/or Customer Services
- Good understanding and working knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry
