**Job Summary**
The Breakfast Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the breakfast service within our establishment.

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the breakfast service, ensuring a seamless operation.
- Prepare and present a variety of breakfast dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Setup the bar and restaurant for morning and lunch service
- Ensure compliance requirements are completed daily
- Process payments in advance of guest arrivals
- Answer the phone and deal with enquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Accept deliveries ~ checking and monitoring quality

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a culinary or hospitality environment is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively, fostering a positive working environment.
- Experience in hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
- Skills in bartending or beverage service would be an advantage.

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, speed and a warm welcoming personality to build customer relations whilst adhering to all company standards. A can do attitude will be essential.

Working hours 7am to 3pm (approx) 4 or 5 days per week (you choose) including weekends.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
