Breakfast Supervisor – Frasers Hospitality, Malmaison Glasgow Salary: £12.60 per hour over a 40‑hour week | Employment type: Permanent | Location: Malmaison Glasgow We’re looking for a dynamic, morning‑person who is happy, smiley and always starting the day on the right side of the bed. As Breakfast Supervisor you will lead the breakfast team, creating a memorable experience for our guests and leaving a lasting impression of Malmaison on everyone who walks through the door. Responsibilities Lead, train and motivate the breakfast team. Maintain high standards of service and food quality. Ensure guests receive a “celebrity” service experience. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless operations during breakfast hours. Identify and act on opportunities to improve service, efficiency and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Morning person with a positive, smile‑friendly attitude. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and guest‑service abilities.
