Vacancy for **F&B Breakfast Supervisor at The Address Hotel Glasgow**

Newly opened and fully refurbished at The Address Hotel Glasgow, we offer 95 stylish bedrooms, a new destination Restaurant and Bar and Wellness facilities in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

We are seeking a passionate and organised F&B Breakfast Supervisor to oversee our busy breakfast service each day.

**Main Objectives**

Support the Bar and Restaurant Manager in ensuring high standards of F&B and customer service across the operation and that the team adheres to standard operating procedures.

**Summary of Duties**
- Performing opening duties such as setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins, and replenishing condiments.
- Attending pre-shift and general meetings to update knowledge of special offers and stock-related issues, and to discuss service and product matters.
- Meet, greet, and seat guests, and issuing them food and wine menus.
- Introducing yourself to guests and informing them of special offers and stock shortages before they select items from the menu.
- Ensuring beverages are served swiftly and replenished continuously.
- Be fully aware of all menu items and be able to communicate with diners regarding dietary requirements.
- Ensuring accuracy when entering orders into the point of sale (POS) system.
- Following up on food and beverage orders with the back of house (BOH).
- Checking on guests to establish satisfaction with the product and overall experience and providing management with feedback.
- Issuing guests with their check on request and greeting and thanking them sincerely on departure.
- Performing closing duties such as tidying up and resetting place settings.
- Comply with any other reasonable request from Management.
- At least one year’s F&B Supervisory experience preferably within a hotel environment.
- Be able to work a variety of shifts including 6am and 7am starts
- Interact and communicate with guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
- Be fully aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Be aware of the day’s business, both in room occupancy, special requirements and VIP needs.
- Ensure you are always wearing uniform and are presentable according to expected standards.
- Be innovative - develop and implement new ideas contributing to company success.
- Protect and promote the image of The Address Collective.
- Strive for excellence and always lead by example.
- This role will include long periods of standing and walking and occasional heavy lifting.
- Use of industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals may be involved (full training will be given)
- Adherence to health and safety procedures and processes at all times
