**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
Provide administrative support to internal and external customers as part of the Voids Team. Provide full administrative support to the void surveying service. Receive and respond to customer’ voids related enquiries and carry out all administrative duties related to this role. Provide an excellent level of customer service.
This role can offer **hybrid working**, meaning you will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days a week with the rest being from home, however we may need you to be in the office more within your probation, whilst you get up to speed.
**Your responsibilities...**
- Provide full administrative support to the void service, managed by the DLO.
- Ensure resources are scheduled in line with Managers’ requirements.
- Manage void surveyor’s diaries and administer pre-tenancy inspections.
- Ensure trackers are updated in live time to ensure communication is effective and reporting is accurate e.g. void tracking.
- Take part and administer resource planning meetings.
- Utilise Impact Response for smart scheduling, utilising operatives’ skillsets, and location.
**Skills and Qualifications..**
- Experience scheduling diaries for appointments and meetings
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Invoicing and paying invoices
- Excellent keyboard and ICT skills
- Experience of collating information, reporting and evaluating outcomes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,500.00 per year
