Voids Scheduling Administrator

**So what’s the role all about?**
Provide administrative support to internal and external customers as part of the Voids Team. Provide full administrative support to the void surveying service. Receive and respond to customer’ voids related enquiries and carry out all administrative duties related to this role. Provide an excellent level of customer service.
This role can offer hybrid working, meaning you will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days a week with the rest being from home, however we may need you to be in the office more within your probation, whilst you get up to speed.
**This is a part time role covering Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (afternoon only)**
**Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include**:
- Provide full administrative support to the void service, managed by the DLO.
- Ensure resources are scheduled in line with Managers’ requirements.
- Manage void surveyor’s diaries and administer pre-tenancy inspections.
- Ensure trackers are updated in live time to ensure communication is effective and reporting is accurate e.g. void tracking
- Take part in and administer resource planning meetings.
- Utilise Impact Response for smart scheduling, utilising operatives’ skillsets and location
- Identify and remove any delays unnecessary delays in the voids service, escalating matters as required.
**To be successful in this role, we’d be looking for the following**
- Educated to GCSE standard, NVQ level 3 or the ability to demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of this role
- Knowledge of a customer driven environment
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Experience of collating information, reporting and evaluating outcomes.
- Experience of communicating with service users, staff and other agencies.
- Experience of writing letters and reports, ability to initiate change and to identify improvements by evaluating options, negotiation and implementing changes
