We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Area Supervisor to directly support the Area Manager while also being hands-on with cleaning tasks when required. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations for assigned areas.
- Perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Directly support the Area Manager in executing cleaning strategies and objectives.
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing ongoing support and feedback.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Schedule**:
Normal working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; however, full flexibility is required, including availability on weekends.
