Summary

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Broomfield, Chelmsford. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your work will support the smooth operation of the school and help ensure a positive and healthy learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitise classrooms, corridors, offices, and common areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, ensuring supplies are fully stocked.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general floor care.
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste according to school guidelines.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and school safeguarding policies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of supervising experience (required).
  • Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour
