- Educated to degree/HND/HNC or equivalent experience.
- Certified with CompTIA A+ certification.
- Possess excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment.
- Proven technical administration experience in Microsoft Office 365 suite of apps, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 Admin Centre, Microsoft Exchange Online (as part of Office 365) Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/19 Microsoft Networking (TCP/IP, DNS& WINS,.
- Experience in software installations, software support and pc/laptop imaging.
- Willingness to work ‘out of hours’ if necessary.
- Ability to methodically tackle technical issues.
