The main responsibilities for the HR Administrator role are:
As an HR Admin Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- ** Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.- **On boarding Assistance**: Support the on boarding process for new hires, facilitating orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- **Communication**: Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties, providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate resources.
- **Policy Implementation**: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- **Event Coordination**: Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events or training sessions.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HRIS (Human Resources Information System) usage.
- Previous experience working as a HR Admin.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
