NIQ UK are looking for a New Business Commercial Business Partner (CBP) who will focus on driving NIQ business growth through communicating NielsenIQ solutions and services that will help the client to meet their future business and growth objectives
A CBP plays a pivotal role in Nielsen’s growth strategy. Focused on accelerating organic growth, the CBP Partner generates revenue opportunities by truly understanding the client business strategy, objectives and translating this into now NIQ services into solutions will transform their insight capabilities, inform their business objectives, mitigate risk, and gain competitive advantage
Our New Business team is winning - more clients are joining NIQ than ever before, our UK market share is growing and our overall NielsenIQ strategy is proving successful and leading the industry - we are looking for someone to take this winning strategy and culture and develop it with us even further.
This is a high-profile role with CBP executives striving to exceed sales targets and seek outstanding rewards - You need to be inquisitive, engaging and a motivating, with a clear communication style that will excite new clients to join NIQ.

**Responsibilities**:
- Earn the Client Trust and Build Relationships
- Understanding Client Needs, strategy and objectives
- Sales Management, Sales Negotiation & Process, Planning & Forecasting
- Delivery and tracking of individual targets, conversion rates, lead generation, prospecting, revenue in order to be a data and target driven team.
- Help to create best practice procedures and materials to ensure that we have a set standard when talking to clients
- Help to create a vibrant and engaging culture built on high performance that drives results
**Qualifications**:
- A proven track record in Sales/Insight type roles +5 years’ experience.
- Passionate about sales, revenue growth and new business opportunities
- Ideally experience in FMCG sector or equivalent with appreciation of NielsenIQ and/or competitor products, services, and data
- Ideally full understanding of data, insight, category marketing - either agency of client background
- An understanding of the issues facing FMCG manufacturer and strong ability understanding of the client’s needs
- A proven ability to generate business across a portfolio of Existing and New Clients
- A high energy self-starter who can work independently
- Strong client-facing and communication and presentation skills
- Capable of working as part of a team within a fast-paced, challenging, and demanding environment whilst maintaining high standards
Full time. Hybrid working, based in Oxford HQ - flexible approach, between 2-4 days per month and as many clients visit as possible/required.
