Finance Business Partner

Apointe are proud to be working in partnership with a Global Iconic brand to hire a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. As Finance Business Partner, you'll turn insight into impact delivering sharp analysis, commercial challenge, and strategic support to help drive decisions that fuel progress. In a high-performing, fast-moving environment, your work will directly influence success across a truly global business.

What You'll Do:

  • Month-end performance reporting:
    Review results, identify key adjustments, and provide clear, action-oriented insight to senior stakeholders.
  • Forecasting & planning:
    Lead financial planning and forecasting for your business areas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and full stakeholder engagement.
  • Performance reviews:
    Prepare and deliver monthly reviews with senior leadership, bringing clarity, challenge, and solutions to drive performance.
  • Business case preparation:
    Partner with the business to provide financial expertise for new initiatives, including investment appraisal and scenario modelling.
  • Project management:
    Track cashflows for key projects, ensuring commercial success and proactive management of opportunities and risks.
  • Resource optimisation:
    Help ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively across the business.
  • Ad-hoc analysis:
    Develop and enhance financial models that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in finance business partnering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and investment appraisal techniques.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience of Power BI preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fully qualified accounting professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • A can-do mindset, sharp attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge constructively.
