**Description**

Programme Support Officer x2:
x1 - To support the Graduate Development Programme:

- Helping to support the upcoming graduate assessment centres which is the busiest time of year.

x1 - To support the Political Leadership Programme:

- Organising events
- Printing and preparing delegate packs

Overall:

- Work independently across multiple projects at any one time
- Maintain and improve administrative systems
- Update and analyse spreadsheets, produce reports, chase external stakeholders
- Plan and prepare meetings and events
- Take minutes
- Raise orders and invoices, monitor budgets
- Keep project information and records up to date
- Understand and follow corporate policies and processes

**Profile**

Programme Support Officer:

- Able to read and analyse data
- Previously supported with secretariat duties; meeting arrangement, minuting, events
- Knowledge of project tools and processes
- Team player who is flexible and capable of working with mínimal supervision
- Well organised with the ability to plan and deliver a varied workload
- Highly capable and well-motivated
- Excellent communicator
- Have strong interpersonal skills and have
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent administration skills

- £17.4 per hour + holiday pay / £34k equivalent
