- Excellent attention to details is a must to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before submitted to lenders.
- Good time management to be able to manage multiple tasks through to the end as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Adaptable, reliable, collaborative, resilient with a pragmatic approach to business needs.
- Active listener who is open-minded and able to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Demonstrates initiative whilst still adhering to regulatory policies and procedures.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
