We are now looking for a **Graduate Trainee** to join our operations team, supporting the front office while gaining invaluable exposure to the financial markets and investment industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a numerically-minded graduate eager to launch or buikld on their career in financial services.

**Role Overview**:
As a Graduate Trainee in Operations, you will:

- Provide operational support to the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient trade processing and execution.
- Assist in managing trade flows, settlement processes, and reconciliation tasks.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external parties, including clients and other brokers, to resolve any operational issues.
- Gain exposure to market data, pricing, risk management, and trading systems.
- Develop an understanding of financial products, the trading lifecycle, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Continuously learn about the financial markets and the investment landscape, with opportunities for ongoing professional development.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **A recent graduate** with a strong academic background in a numerate discipline, such as Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or similar. Minimum 2:1 and Mathematics A/A* GCE A-Level
- **Strong Interest in financial markets** and a desire to build a career within the financial services industry.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm to learn; our team work across international markets and time zones thus a commitment to working outside the 830-530 day norm is a must.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous work experience or internships in finance, trading, or operations would be advantageous but is not essential.
