**Description**:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing FX Sales team as a Trainee FX Broker. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone eager to build a career in financial markets, with a particular focus on foreign exchange products and solutions. You’ll receive hands-on training, develop deep market knowledge, and gain exposure to a fast-paced trading floor environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn the fundamentals of FX markets, trading strategies, and client relationship management.
- Support the FX Sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Assist with preparing market reports, pitchbooks, and client presentations.
- Shadow experienced team members to learn effective sales and negotiation techniques.
- Monitor macroeconomic developments and FX market trends.
- Help onboard new clients and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Maintain CRM records and help track client activity.

**Requirements**:

- A recent graduate or final-year student with a strong interest in financial markets (finance, economics, or related field preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg/Refinitiv experience is a plus.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
