As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to work with students who have a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including ASD, ADHD, and PMLD. Your role will involve providing crucial support, fostering positive learning experiences, and assisting in the overall development of students.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in an SEND setting is highly beneficial, showcasing your ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and diverse needs.
- **Confidence**: Applicants should be confident and compassionate, demonstrating empathy, patience, and adaptability when working with students with ASD, ADHD, PMLD, and other SEND requirements.
- **Certification**: Holding a Level 2/3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning or childcare is encouraged, highlighting your commitment to providing exceptional support and care to students.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **DBS Clearance**: All applicants must have a DBS on the update service. If you don't have an updated DBS, AK Teaching can support you in obtaining one.

Pay: £42.24-£131.73 per day
