**Role: IT Technician**

**Salary: £30k - 35k D.O.E**

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated IT Technician to join a leading, multi-award-winning creative service company based in Farringdon. This is an excellent opportunity for your own professional growth within IT and to work alongsidemultiple globally renowned corporations.

Key Skills
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Providing technical advice and assistance on digital media projects
- Liaising with external IT providers and vendors
- Configuring Windows/OSX devices
- End user training, onboarding
- Proven experience in a similar IT Technician role (print, broadcast or digital production)
- Remote desktop and TeamViewer/RDP
- Knowledge and experience of networking technologies
- Adobe Creative Cloud Installation
- VMWare - monitoring/installation
- Troubleshooting network problems (Meraki)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
