New Walk CIC is a not-for-profit Registered Provider of Social Housing. Our rapidly

and our workdays are often fast-paced and challenging.

At New Walk CIC we are seeking to employ positive, enthusiastic and professional

individuals who have the desire to work alongside people who have a range of complex

for supporting people.

We operate 365 days per year and shift working is part of the role. Shifts are based on a

rota which covers seven days a week 8.00 am - 14.00pm and 14.00pm - 9pm

For the right person, this environment can be immensely rewarding.

Whilst experience and training within the sector are beneficial, full training is provided and

any additional training can be accessed.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide comprehensive support to tenants to help them sustain their tenancies

and improve their overall quality of life.
- Work closely with vulnerable individuals, including those facing financial hardship,

mental health issues, and other challenges that may impact their ability to

maintain their housing.
- Work with tenants to develop and implement action plans that address their

individual needs, aiming to improve their independence and quality of life.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify any issues that may impact the tenant’s

ability to sustain their tenancy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies, such as social services,

mental health teams, and charities, to coordinate support for tenants. -Maintain

accurate and up-to-date records of tenant interactions, support provided, and

outcomes achieved.
- Respond to crises such as potential homelessness, anti-social behaviour, or

domestic violence providing immediate support and working to find long-term

solutions.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on case progress, risks, and

any significant issues.
