**New Walk CIC are seeking to employ a positive, enthusiastic and professional individual who has the desire to work alongside individuals who have complex and enduring requirements which have led them to be one of the most marginalized groups within society. With a passion for supporting people, you will also be able to work in a multi agency environment, alongside recovery services, probation, housing, social services, occupational health, DWP and other service providers facilitating the best outcome for the client.**

**New Walk CIC are a registered provider, and manage the largest accommodation for individuals who are experiencing homelessness in the borough of Stockton and Middlesbrough. Our offices have direct access to public transport links and the town centre and working patterns are designed to facilitate the ability to utilise public transport and access child care. Our services run 7 days per week. Whilst experience and training within the sector are beneficial, full training is provided and any additional training can be accessed as identified with the line manager.**

**Tenancy Support Officers - £10.92 per hour**

**To manage day to day tasks which relate to the smooth and functional running of the accommodation**

**To ensure that health and safety is maintained**

**To ensure that all relevant rental accounts are up to date**

**To support individuals with accessing services to help manage their individual struggles**

**To liaise with the manager regarding the progress and requirements of the role**

**Report any identified repairs to management**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.92 per hour
