**About the Role**
You will be responsible for delivering housing-related support that aims to establish maintain and sustain independent living to our tenants at our schemes in Hemlington.This is a generic and rewarding housing management role - and a challenging one. You will be responsible for a designated number of tenants offering advice and support, completing risk assessments, making recommendations to the Neighbourhood manager, and liaising with supporting people commissioners, social services and occupational health services to ensure tenants can successfully maintain their tenancy and live independently. Where they are Habinteg tenants then close liaison with the Neighbourhood coordinator will be an essential part of this role to manage any breaches of tenancy in unison.
You will be lone working a majority of the time and will be part of a small neighbourhood management team overseen by the Neighbourhood Manager. You will be expected to be the main focus in ensuring we are delivering on contractual obligations and taking a proactive solution-focused approach in conjunction with the Neighbourhood Manager. Tenant engagement is key to Habinteg’s success and you will work closely with tenant representatives and tenant groups.
**About You**
You must be computer literate ideally have experience of using in house housing management systems, Microsoft office including office 365 and good written and verbal communication skills.

**You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and service demands.**
