**The Purpose**
In this role in particular, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to building an amazing company through a great people team, where strong and efficient administrative processes are its foundation. This role will own all administrative responsibilities and processes for the people team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Run the employment cycle admin process end to end, including pre employment checks, drafting contracts, drafting job change letters and coordinating onboarding and offboarding.
- Provide and design regular reports for the People Team as required, feed into key metrics and support the team to identify necessary actions
- Maintain all People systems and files including payroll trackers, our HRIS BambooHR, Google Drive and our LMS Absorb
- Manage all new benefits sign ups and maintain our benefit platforms
- Manage and issue all celebratory messages and gifts for the team
- Produce weekly company standup slides and ad hoc slide decks for the team as needed
- Manage all requests and queries that come into the people team through our Slack workflow - delegating across the team as needed
- Support the People team with ad hoc requests and participate in new project initiatives - leading on them where possible
- Support the development of the Peak culture by creating a clubhouse environment which everyone loves to work in; and being involved in

**Required Experience**
- Administrative experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally within an HR team
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Great IT skills, i.e experience creating and maintaining documents in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
- Positive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth environment.
- Experience of using a company management system
