A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at Breeze Motor Group for a **Workshop Controller**to join our **Breeze Van Centre Poole,** however flexibility is required depending on business needs across our other dealerships. You will join us on a **full-time permanent basis,** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus benefits.**

**Hours**: Mon
- Fri 8 AM - 6 PM (1 IN 3 Saturday on a rota)

**Responsibilities as our Workshop Controller**:

- Monitor jobs in progress
- Maintain maximum workshop productivity and allocate labour fairly and efficiently
- Carry out spot checks to ensure quality and accuracy of work, especially MOT testing
- Report accurately all materials, consumables and hours used per vehicle
- Achieve and strive to exceed all targets through an efficient workshop operation
- Maintain quality control on all repairs
- Formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum sale of parts and labour
- Ensure correct allocation and maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the workshop
- Ensure the workshop achieves budget objectives by allocating work to the appropriate skill set
- Ensure all health & safety legislation and internal procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with colleagues & customers updating state of repairs
- Ability to confidently speak with customers in any given scenario such as upsell or a complaint
- Demonstrate a ‘Can Do ‘ Attitude at all times
- Administration, invoicing, jobcard prep, management of workshop loading/diary

**What we are looking for in our Workshop Controller**:

- Experience in a similar role, essential
- Full clean Driving Licence
- Ability to use own initiative when faced with a challenge
- Computer skills essential
- Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Possess exceptional organisational skills
- Team player
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
