Administration Assistant

**Job Overview**
We are looking for a proactive and efficient administrator to join our team in Margam.
Within this role, you will work as part of a team in a busy environment assisting the contracts team with a variety of tasks.
You will need to be detail orientated, have excellent IT skills and be a team player.
**Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to our contracts team made up of Estimators and Project Managers.
- Answering the telephone in a polite, friendly and professional manner and managing the calls as necessary. This will include screening cold calls as well as transferring the calls and taking messages.
- Logging tenders, quotes and project onto our job management system/database.
- Updating and changing information as the project develops.
- Keeping all activity logged and up-to-date in an accurate manner.
- Typing & sending quotations to clients.
- Creating O&M manuals.
- Invoice administration.
- Minute taking.
- Ad-hoc admin duties.
**Requirements**:
- Experience within a construction/maintenance organisation (desirable).
- IT Literate (Sage 200, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent work ethic.
