**PROGRAMME OFFICER**
Location: Home-Based with regular meetings located in the Oxford area
We’re looking to recruit a Programme Officer to provide administrative support for the development of programmes for our schools and professional development for our colleagues both online and face to face. You’ll join our Education team sat within Group Central Support.
The central support function consists of 150 professionals across Finance, Corporate Development, HR, Marketing, IT, Legal and Education, who each support the continued growth of our more than 75 schools in over 30 countries. As a genuine team-player, you’ll support the development of online learning through providing support on particular online developments as well as leading initiatives and support your colleagues in the Education team through administrating and leading on the development of face to face events.
We are firmly committed to supporting our schools and professional development across our organisation you’ll help us embed learning at all levels deeply into our philosophy through bespoke programmes, online communities and resources, annual regional conferences and you’ll partner with organisations like Juilliard, MIT, King's College London and Oxford University Press bring the best in education thinking to our people.
**Working in our Education team**:
- You’ll develop strong collaborative relationships with other members of the Education team located in Oxford and London, as well as with staff in schools and around the business.
- You’ll support the development of online and offline learning programmes by providing support on particular online developments as well as leading initiatives.
- You’ll support the Education Team in the development and operation of face to face events.
- You’ll develop expertise in the online systems required to manage and create content for the online aspect Education Team Programmes.
- You’ll deliver immediate priorities and plan for future needs of the programme.
- You’ll be focused on continually developing your skills, knowledge and abilities so that you have an up to date knowledge of online learning, developing IT skills and can contribute to the success of the team.
