***About the Role**
At Superior Healthcare we are passionate about the growth and development of our teams, and due to the growth of our business and internal promotions, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join us on a permanent contract.
**Hours**:37.5 (Monday - Friday 0900-1700)
***Main Responsibilities**:
- Processing timesheets for field staff _(Carers/Nurses)_
- Processing holiday forms for field staff_ (Carers/Nurses)_
- Progress to covering the weekly payroll processes
- Support with general payroll queries
- Ad-hoc support to finance team
**Requirements**:
- Payroll/Administration experience is desirable but not essential
- Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and time management with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience working with Sage 50 Accounts and/or Payroll (not essential)
- Experience working with Access People Planner (not essential)
**Additional Skills and Attributes**:
- Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must work well as part of a team as well as being able to work autonomously
- Be professional at all times
- You must be confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment and with the ability to easily adapt to change
