Junior IT Support
Our client is looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join their team based in Whitstable on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a small amount of IT experience or someone looking to kick-start their IT career

**Junior IT Support - Key Skills:
- Working within a ticketed help desk system.
- Working within a managed network IT environment.
- Knowledge of domains and user authentication advantageous
- Knowledge of active directory and O365 advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking concepts advantageous.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in manufacturing business and processes.
