Full time and part time positions available, 3pm - 11pm, 10am - 11pm, sleep in shifts

We are looking for caring, committed and empathetic Therapeutic Residential Workers to join us in continuing to provide outstanding tailored therapeutic support to our young people, including ensuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive home environment allowingour young people to find their voice and develop skills needed to live a life free from abuse.

You may already have experience working with young people in a residential setting, or this may be a new career move for you, no matter what your previous experience may be we are committed to developing you in your new position. It would be great if youhave an NVQ Level 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), however if not, we will enroll you onto the diploma and fully support you in achieving this qualification.

For over 30 years, we have been providing specialised, high-quality care for young males aged 11-18 with developmental trauma, attachment difficulties and who have perpetrated sexually harmful behaviour.
