Prospero are looking to recruit motivated and experienced Support Workers on a Permanent basis for a Children and Young Persons service in Bracknell with an immediate start.

If you are looking for an exciting opportunity in your career as a Support worker working with Young People with challenging behaviour and EBD, then this could be the position for you.

**About the service**:
You will be working in a residential, supported living setting. There is a mix of young people between the ages of 15 - 18 years. The young people may have complex needs such as EBD, ADHD or ASD, they may also have mild or sever challenging behaviour.

**Shift Pattern**:
**42 hours a week**

**Days - 8am to 8pm**

**Sleep ins - 10pm to 7am**

**Waking Nights - 8am to 8pm**

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Providing support a nurturing delivery to the young person.
- Leading by example and maintaining good professional practices in the home.
- Assist with booking appointments and doing daily tasks.
- Create a supportive and positive environment for each young person.
- Contribute to the young person's care plan and risk assessments.

**Experience, training, and qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children and young people
- Level 3 in Children and Young People (desirable)
- A positive attitude
- You will have the right to work in the UK
