We are looking for an ambitious apprentice who has a positive and proactive approach to join our claims department and add value to the organisation.

- Adept at understanding the need to ensure compliance in FCA regulated activities and when amending financial agreements and customer documentation.

- Trustworthy and reliable.
- A team player who is enthusiastic and self-motivated and who understands the importance of their role and the role of others in their team.
As an apprentice at our company, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills in a supportive environment. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience to kick-start your career.
**Duties**
As part of your role, you will:
- Take calls from clients, providing advice and guidance on the claims process
- Collect claim information from the client and record it on the Claim Management System
- Request supporting evidence, where necessary
- Review the information provided to ensure it complies with the conditions of the client's insurance policy
- Liaise with colleagues from other areas of the organisation to ensure that claims are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Monitor the progress of the claim and update clients
- Handle complaints
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage the administration associated with the claim, ensuring that the Claim Management System is kept up to date
- Adhere to the legal requirements, industry regulations and company policies.

**About your training**
You will study your apprenticeship remotely, via Teams, at your place of work. You will need to spend approximately six hours per week completing your training which will include attending masterclasses, completing assignments, listening to podcasts and shadowing colleagues, amongst others.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £17,270.00 per year
