**About the Production Area Leader role**:
Kingspan Insulation is a global market leader in the manufacture and supply of premium high performance rigid insulation within the building services sector. We are now looking to recruit an Area Leader at our site in Sherburn-in-Elmet, near Selby working a Monday - Friday Days/Afternoons Shift Pattern

The Area leader will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader by helping to oversee the day to day running of the production line and associated equipment, from the raw materials in to finished product out. They will be pro-active in coordinating activities associated with the production line and be fundamental in maintaining and improving upon; production, scrap, KPI’s and OEE figures. You will be used to working within a shift pattern and be prepared to be flexible within the workplace. You will be keen, motivated, proactive and willing to accept a challenging environment. In an ever changing role you must have a can-do approach to your work at all times.

**What we are looking for in our Production Area Leader**:

- Leadership/Supervisor experience within a fast paced production environment
- Experience of developing and coaching a successful team of +5 direct reports
- A sound understanding of Health and Safety standards and compliance procedures.
- Experience of ensuring that all QC processes are maintained throughout the production process.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities including LEAN practices.
- Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
- IOSH trained (Advantageous)
