**Kingspan **are looking for a **Production Team Leader (Nights) **to join our team based in **Sherburn-in-Elmet, near Selby**. You will join us on a **full time, permanent basis** working a Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:00 shift pattern and in return you will receive a competitive salary of** Circa £33k shift allowanc.**

**About the Production Team Leader (Nights) role**:
The Team leader will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the production line and associated equipment, from the raw materials in to finished product out. You will be pro-active in coordinating activities associated with the production line and be fundamental in maintaining and improving upon; production, scrap, KPI’s and OEE figures. You will be used to working within a shift pattern and be prepared to be flexible within the workplace. You will be keen, motivated, proactive and willing to accept a challenging environment. In an ever changing role you must have a can-do approach to your work at all times.

**What we are looking for in our Production Team Leader (Nights)**:

- Team leader/Supervisor experience within a fast paced production environment
- Experience of developing and coaching a successful team of +10 direct reports
- A sound understanding of Health and Safety standards and compliance procedures.
- Experience of ensuring that all QC processes are maintained throughout the production process.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities including LEAN practices.
- Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
- IOSH trained (or equivalent)
- Certificate of basic management/ team leader training ILM Lv 3 (or equivalent)
