Here at GXO, we are looking for a **Warehouse Team Leader** to join our team in Sherburn. As a Team Leader you will assist and support the management team to achieve and meet both the customers and operations expectations while ensuring colleagues are meeting all Health and Safety requirements.

This is a full-time position, working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 06:30 - 18:30

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£29,000 per annum**. In addition, we offer 23 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Ensure that training and development requirements for Warehouse Operatives are regularly carried out
- Identify and investigate warehouse operations and look to resolve the issue within a timely manner
- Minimise damage to product and ensure damaged product is not being sent to the customer
- Assist, support and cover the shift manager when needed

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment is desirable
- Previous FLT experience is desirable however not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A committed and flexible approach to work
