**Responsibilities**:
**The Stock Associate is part of the stock team and responsible for receiving,**
**organizing and maintaining store inventory. It requires a close attention to detail, the ability to**
**conduct moderate to heavy physical labour and strong organizational skills.**

Operations
- Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked
- Receive/Send, check, process and validate deliveries both from Warehouse and other
POS
- Efficiently alarm, price and storage stock according to company guidelines
- Responsible for the stockroom organisation and standards maintenance. Optimisation
of the stockroom space according to business needs.
- Stock loss prevention. Carry on weekly stock counts.
- Stock markdown during sale periods
- Plan, prepare and send the biannual End of season return back to the Warehouse
- Prepare and assist with biannual official stock takes
- Prepare the stock and assist the shop floor team during floor moves and/or changes
- Report issues or problems to store manager
- Assists in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies and all
shipping/receiving related paperwork

Customer Service
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Answers customer and sales assistant questions about available items in stock
- Retrieves items from stockroom at customer reques
- Places special orders for customers when necessary
- Build and maintain repeat clientele

Qualifications:

- Experience of retail and luxury
- Able to work as a team member
- Excellent personal organizational skills with attention of detail and accuracy
- Possesses physical strength necessary to unload, lift, and carry heavy boxes
- Exhibits familiarity with proper safety procedures in the stockroom
- Passion for fashion
- Strong work ethic
