**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for the stock room and all incoming stock deliveries. Regular Stock Takes and invoices. You must be organised and happy to work alone, although you will be part of the Bicester Village team.

Duties Include but not limited to;
- **Operational Stock takes**:

- Daily stock checks and counting to ensure an accurate levels at all times.
- **Deliveries - **Dealing with the daily stock deliveries and checking them off against the invoices. flagging any issues to the Boutique Manager as they accur.
- **Teamwork**:

- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
- **Shop floor-** You may be required to support on the shopfloor in the Boutique at times and will be trained on how to use the till systems and you will have product training as part of your induction.
- **Administration**:

- All stock paperwork kept up to date and completed and in a tidy and organised manner.
- **Hygiene and Housekeeping**:

- You will ensure the stockroom area are kept clean and tidy at all times.

Team members will be required to work Wednesday 7am-3.30pm, Thursday 7am-3.30pm and Friday 8am-4.30pm

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £11.66 per hour

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- retail: 1 year (required)
- Stock taking: 1 year (required)
