**German Speaking Customer Service Executive - Ref 435**

**Location: Office based in their Manchester HQ**

We are working alongside a fantastic company who specialise in high-end interior design products. They have clients all over Europe and are looking for a German speaking customer service executive to join their team and help with assisting clients over notonly DACH, but the entire EMEA region

This is a genuinely brilliant opportunity to work for a premium brand in interior design, within a really lovely environment and a caring company culture.

**The role**
- Providing excellent customer service to clients over Germany and Europe
- Assisting retail customers, as well as the internal sales managers with enquiries and orders
- Delivering accurate product information to help customers make an informed decision
- Liaising with the sales managers to ensure orders are accurate and on time

**The ideal person for this role**
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service
- If you have this with a luxury product or brand, this is even better
- Customer focused attitude - the company pride themselves on their excellent customer service
- Fluent German and English skills - both in written and verbal
- IT literate, as you will be using an expansive CRM system (with full training provided)
