**Ref 435 - German Speaking Customer Service Executive**

**Location: Office based in their Manchester HQ**

We are working alongside a fantastic company who specialise in high-end interior design products. They have clients all over Europe and are looking for a German speaking customer service executive to join their team and help with assisting clients over not only DACH, but the entire EMEA region

**The role**
- Providing excellent customer service to clients over Germany and Europe
- Assisting retail customers, as well as the internal sales managers with enquries and orders
- Delivering accurate product information to help customers make an informed decision
- Liaising with the sales managers to ensure orders are accurate and on time

**The ideal person for this role**
- 3-5 years experience in customer service
- If you have this with a luxury product or brand, this is even better
- Customer focused attitude - the company pride themselves on their excellent customer service
- Fluent German and English skills - both in written and verbal
- IT literate, as you will be using an expansive CRM system (with full training provided)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- German (required)
