**Theatre Administrator | Spire Shawfair Park Hospital | Edinburgh | Permanent**

Spire Shawfair Park Hospital are looking to recruit a Theatre Administrator to provide an excellent administrative and customer service support function within the Theatre Admin Team.

**Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using interpersonal skills deal with telephone calls and accurately detail messages internally and externally and attend to all enquiries as requested, this is critical to ensure appropriate actions are taken for patient safety.
- To ensure patient charging is input accurately and in an appropriate time period
- Processing surgeon and anaesthetist COBO fees on a timely basis
- To input data onto daily KPI information and verify/challenge data where it appears incorrect
- To challenge Theatre Team where data appears incomplete or incorrect and to work with them in order to improve the quality of data recorded
- Resolving AP & AR queries on a daily basis whilst resolving recurring issues at source.

**Who we're looking for**

Years plus office based experience
- Numerate with a high attention to detail
- First class communications/interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Accurate keyboard skills/PC literate with experience of all aspects of Microsoft Office
- A basic understanding of clinical terminology would be beneficial
