Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House team member to join our team. As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in food preparation, restaurant, hospitality, bartending, or catering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers and provide recommendations
- Operate tills & tablets and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to accurately process transactions and handle cash
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant, hospitality, bartending, or catering is a plus

Pay: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
