**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, from customer service contributing to a memorable atmosphere that keeps our patrons returning.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
- Prioritise tasks in a busy environment, whilst upholding excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
- Support catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in serving or barista roles is an advantage, enhancing your ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike.
- A passion for catering and food preparation, demonstrating an understanding of culinary practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
