Unique and global fundraising platform being wholly motivated to serve the charity sector, and truly not for profit, is looking for a **French speaking Project Manager** to join their UK team. You'll be tasked with ensuring that charities, event organisers and corporate teams, based in the UK and in Europe are achieving their fundraising success. This includes supporting theiruse of the platform, suggesting impactful fundraising strategies and creating successful campaigns. The Project Manager will report into Head of New Business for the UK and Europe.
The role can be fully remote, or hybrid, or office based.
**ROLE of the Project Manager**:
- Assisting your manager to successfully identify and onboard new partners
- Working with the sales team to onboard non-profits and assisting them with their fundraising strategies
- Ensuring effective engagement with established partners
- Managing and piloting fundraising campaigns for the partners’ events
- Proactively advising partners on multiple channels and strategies to maximise their fundraising activities
- Sharing learnings acquired through client liaison with the product and marketing teams
- Being accountable for customer success management and key account management (events, charities, corporates and fundraisers)
- Developing and nurturing a regional network of charities, event organisers and corporates
- Developing and executing a regional marketing strategy alongside the Head of New Business in collaboration with marketing and communications support
- Developing a deep knowledge of the market and the industry
- Building the brand through thought and opinion leadership, and becoming an industry expert
- Generating progress reports and understanding the number drivers
- Monitoring customer support issues in the region
- Managing and executing multiple fundraising campaigns for running and cycling race events
- Proactively developing strategies to maximise fundraising activity within the event base
**PROFILE**:
- **Fluent English and French**:
- **Previous experience in project management**:
- Proactive problem solver and self-starter
- Results driven and good time management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
- **Good knowledge of digital media**, allowing for pertinent advice with regards to fundraising strategies
**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:
- Between £25k and £35k negotiable according to skills and experience
- 12 days additional leave a year to spend with a charity of your choice
