Demand Gen Marketing Lead
We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketeer to identify opportunities, drive lead generation for large accounts and execute lead nurturing programs across channels, markets, and regions.

Responsibilities - Demand Gen Marketing Lead
Campaigns:

- Work with the EMEA Digital Team to create and execute multi-touch digital marketing activities that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our large accounts.
- Collaborate and partner with core marketing functions on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing and creative development to deliver content that resonates across our markets and verticals.
- Give visibility thanks to reporting to the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts in the regions.
Marketing Research:

- Market understanding and research to identify trending topics important
- Put in place the necessary tools to help identify the latest news and topics impacting our prospects' industries and pain points
- Effectively and quickly convert trending topics into actionable content for our prospects to digest.
Data Analysis:

- Evaluate lead nurturing campaign results and prepare ROI reports in collaboration with the EMEA Digital Team
- Interpret prospect data to identify triggers and behaviours that indicate potential life cycle changes and guide future lead nurturing activities
- Analyse and report on past campaign performance, and identify areas for testing and improvement.
**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years' experience in a digital marketing role
- Demonstrable experience driving campaigns that are measured, strategic and creative
- An understanding of ABM & targeted approaches for strategic accounts.
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services; enterprise software experience preferred
- Experience working with CRM & marketing automation tools. Salesforce and Pardot experience preferred, but not required
- Work with developers to integrate backend systems with the marketing automation platforms via APIs
- Self-motivated, well-organised, detailed-oriented, problem solver able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets - all this in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills (ability to negotiate)
- Energetic and able to respond to stress in a positive way and remain calm. Not afraid of a challenge.
