We are looking for a passionate Reception Supervisor who can confidently deliver outstanding service to guests. At the same time, our Reception Supervisor will have exceptional customer service and communication skills required to deliver a superb guest experience. You will work closely with the Reception and Restaurant Managers to ensure timely and accurate reservations are taken and communicated to the restaurant team.

As Reception Supervisor you must have outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team with the ability to build rapport with all guests and previous experience in handling guest feedback and working as a Reception Supervisor in a similar environment.
