**About the role**:
The Trainee Property Managers at LiFE have a varied role and are the point of contact for our residents, landlords and contractors. Working from either our head office in Park Royal, or our Canary Wharf office, you’ll have a target portfolio size of 135and will work with your manager, team, and a whole range of departments across the business to make sure everyone gets a fantastic service from us. Some of the things you’ll work on are:
- Working with contractors to get quotes for works, and then making sure the work is carried out
- Coordinating purchases, deliveries, exchanges and removals
- Managing new tenancies and renewals
- Deposit negotiations, returns and disputes
- Carry out periodic property inspections for your portfolio
