Due to the ongoing success of the business, our client is looking to increase their staffing levels by taking on a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator at their office located in Worcester Park, Surrey.

Trainee Sales Negotiator.

The role:

- Meeting and greeting customers ensuring they get all the help they need finding the perfect home for them or selling their existing one.
- Conducting viewings and selling the key features of the property
- Negotiating with clients
- Keep updated with properties on the system
- Effectively deal with phone enquires
- Registering and recording details
- Actively encourage viewings of properties
- **A Car and a Driving License is required**

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
