- Working with the Director selling high quality property covering the ever popular local areas of Worcester Park, Cheam and Ewell as Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator dependent upon experience
- OTE £50,000 - £60,000 pa
- Basic salary of £25,000 pa plus a great commission package to reflect the senior responsibilities of this role
- Good car allowance

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager with good residential sales experience to join a highly regarded and busy estate agency with a significant presence in the area.

As Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager you will be:

- Selling high quality residential properties in the surrounding areas
- Sourcing and marketing properties
- Negotiating offers
- Working with the Director to value and take on properties when required
- Ensuring sales close and go through to successful completion
- A key part of a highly successful team with great career potential
- Ensuring clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation

For this role you will need to:

- Have a successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as a Sales Negotiator Estate Agent
- Be keen to deliver the high levels of customer service and legal compliance that this company prides itself on
- Have excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
- Have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car for property visits - there is a good car allowance
- Local knowledge of the area would be an advantage but is not essential
