You will proactively find opportunities to improve our margin through our selling prices. Work with the Senior Leadership team & regional senior teams to design, create & implement the pricing strategy. Working with the pricing manager to develop the tools & training aids to help our teams improve our pricing mix to ultimately improve our margin position.

Location: Anywhere Midlands & East Midlands, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, Birmingham, Lincolnshire, Warwickshire.

**What we think youll be doing**

As the Pricing Development Manager you will:

- Design & implement the 12-18 month plan to improve the pricing mix
- Influence & collaborate with the Senior Leadership team & Senior Regional teams to improve the pricing mix, through the use of impactful pricing insights
- Lead the team in development of the right tools & training aids to help the CCF business improve (via pricing mix)
- Deliver the training alongside the Pricing Manager to support the behavioural change required within the business.
- Design, monitor and review pricing governance approaches to measure effectiveness of pricing, ensuring appropriate pricing authorisation and adherence to pricing policies throughout the business
- Lead the pricing team (directly line management) to deliver on the defined strategy
- Work with 3rd parties to deliver effective competitive insight into the business and use this to ensure that prices remain competitive and reflective of market prices
- Work within the Category & Marketing teams to bring insight to help shape their actions plans & bring challenge to them around areas to focus on

- Worked in a commercial environment.
- Responsible for decision making under own initiative.
- Able to design & deliver a strategy
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Extensive pricing experience in a B2B environment
- Building, leading and coaching a team
- Applied analytics - using data to drive decisions
- Excellent commercial awareness and ability to make sound commercial decisions
- Motivate & self driven
