We recognise that this approach may differ across various areas of the university and from one individual to another. Smarter Working offers increased flexibility, allowing you to work in a way that provides greater freedom and autonomy, if that suits you. Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, ideally in higher education is essential. Knowledge of digital transformation and technology integration in education is desirable.
If you are ready to shape the future of the University of Northampton, we’d love to hear from you.
